Extended Day Trip to Brugge

We depart in the early hours of the morning and travel south for our crossing to Calais.  After a short channel crossing, we continue just over an hour’s drive to Brugge.  On arrival in Brugge, we will drop you at the coach drop off point where it’s just a short and scenic walk to the city centre.  The day is then yours to spend how you please.  You could take a canal boat cruise (extra cost) or a stroll through the parks and down the river.  Alternatively take a horse drawn carriage ride (extra cost) down the quaint, cobbled streets admiring the architectural splendour.  If you’re feeling energetic, you could climb the bell tower for an amazing view of the city or do some shopping in the many shops and boutiques.  Treat yourself to some beautiful lace or more delicious Belgian chocolates at reasonable prices.  The coach departs late afternoon, to make our way back to Calais for our channel crossing back to the UK, before arriving at our pick up points late at night.
