Itinerary

We depart our local pick up points in the morning and make our way to the Cotswolds.  Our first stop is at Moreton-in-Marsh.  Located at the head of the beautiful Evenlode Valley, this thriving town dates back to the Saxon era.  The broad High Street is lined with elegant 17th and 18th century buildings, amongst them the White Hart Royal, a former manor house in which King Charles I sheltered during the Civil War and the rare Curfew Tower with its original clock and bell.  We spend the morning here with time to purchase some lunch from one of the many tea rooms or delis before heading to Bourton-on-the-Water.  Regularly voted one of the prettiest villages in England, Bourton-on-the-Water has a unique appeal to visitors and residents alike.  With a wealth of shops and attractions, restaurants and tea rooms, there's plenty to see and do.  Alternatively, enjoy some tranquil time with a stroll by the River Windrush, with its beautiful bridges throughout.
